What is a movement coach? A movement coach can take on many meanings.  At Leaping Lotus Studio, a movement coach is a specialist that will coach you to meet your physical goals.  If you are beginner, it’s vital to understand proper form and technique, while receiving proper feedback and encouragement.  Movement coaching is great for anyone of all ages, shapes and sizes.  It can be a part of your personal self-care routine to keep your body healthy, or to work on a personal body goal.
