This 90 minute virtual workshop will give you a foundation to help understand the basics of yogic breathing. We will talk about how to breathe and how to use breathing to help relax. We will learn simple techniques for relaxation and meditation practice at home. No experience necessary. This will be an interactive experience. Bring all your questions!
