About the event
An event that combines education and yoga to heal from the inside out. Learn how to love yourself and those you live with by getting educated by Tedx Speaker, Sabrina Osso, on how to promote saftey and prevent violence in your relationships, followed by Breathing, Yoga and meditation techniques with Lina Carpenito, certified Yoga Therapist. Learn to release the body of past and present tensions and traumas. Leave feeling informed, empowered and free. Both men and womes are strongly encouraged to attend.
In case of snow, we will move the event to Saturday, February 29th from 2-4pm
