I'm Heather, a Registered Dietitan and baker.  I love making beautiful desserts, but also practice healthy nutrition.  It's all about balance!  If your little one is looking for a new hobby or already enjoys being in the kitchen, bring them to Leaping Lotus Wellness Studio for a fun little chef experience. 

Cost - $25 per student

Duration -  1.5 hours

Lessons include - discussion on fruit as a healthy snack, basic nutrition concepts, and fall inspired dessert making.
