Shakti Pilgrimage ~ India ~ January 2021

 

This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for Leelah and Sarawati to share with you, an experience that has profoundly transformed our own lives. Ganeshpuri is an extraordinary little town, a very simple Indian village and yet the Shakti there is so powerful and its as if you can't even explain it, but it works on you as a deep loving purification. 

Our days will be filled with practice, puja, teachings, temple visits, an early morning ashram visit to sing the Guru Gita ( a sublime experience), a visit to the Devi temple in the nearby town, and more. All of this spiritual practice works on us deeply, in ways we cannot imagine. and the best part is, we will have a lot of fun too. 

Leelah and Sarawati both understand that India can be an overwhelming experience. It is intense, noisy, beautiful, colourful,  and things sometimes dont go to plan! it is all part of the experience. However, we want you to have a relaxed trip and we know Ganeshpuri well, and we have friends there who will be delighted to support us all, and to welcome us. We will both be on hand at all times to answer questions, and to make sure you have all you need. We can guide you with what is appropriate culturally in this traditional community.

Our program looks something like this:

January 21st Arrive Mumbai Hotel.

January 22nd Transfer to Ganeshpuri

January 22-30th Ganeshpuri

January 30th Transfer to Mumbai hotel

January 31st, fly home OR to Cochin to Ayurvedic retreat with Chinnamasta.

The hotel in Mumbai is located 15 minutes drive from the airport. You will be collected at the airport and taken directly to the hotel to rest and prepare for the next day

In Ganeshpuri we stay at the beautiful and Sattvic Yogini bliss guesthouse. All meals are lovingly prepared by Hari the Nepalese chef, and there is a rooftop terrace where you can do early morning practice . The rooms are simple, clean , hot water , filtered water for drinking. The shakti is very protected there and you will be well looked after. There is a beautiful energy there . Yogini herself is a devotee of Bhagwan Nityananda and she fully understands the nature of why we are there.

Leelah and I are limiting the numbers on this retreat to 10 as we want to keep the energy intimate and potent.

Terms and conditions of booking:  

If you wish to book a place we require a deposit of 720 euro  with balance to be paid by November 1st 2020. 

The deposit is refundable in full,  less an admin fee of 100euro if you cancel before October 1st 2020. After October first, we will refund 50 percent of the deposit if you cancel before November 1st. After November 1st we cannot refund your deposit.

AYURVEDIC RETREAT OPTION

For those who want to experience Ayurvedic retreat of Pancha Karma, our teacher Chinnamasta Stiles is offering a 2 week retreat February 1st-15th In Kerala. Some of you may wish to experience this full detox and incredible transformative process. This retreat is being held at Pranamaya Ayurveda Chikilasayam- a very high quality, exquisitly sattvic Ayurvedic clinic in the mountains of Kerala. IF you wish to also avail of this option, you would book a flight from Mumbai to Cochin on January 31st, and they will send a driver to collect you from Cochin and to take  you to Pranamaya, a four hour drive through the hills and tea plantations of Kerala. 

You can book this retreat directly through Chinnamasta who will be guiding and supporting people through the Pancha karma .
