You are in for a treat!!
The afternoon will start with yummy, healthy snacks and tea, and a raffle, accompanied by a Dharma talk about how to invite yoga into your life, both on and off the mat. Bring all of your questions about yoga. Absolutley no yoga experience is needed. We will not be doing a physical practice.
THEN...Dalien will offer a Sound Healing Meditation from 3-4pm..all you have to do is lay on your mat and enjoy! We have chairs available for those who prefer to sit. DALIEN brings 25 years of yoga, sound, shamanism and sound experience with an incredibly inspiring journey.
