1 cup almond meal

1/2 cup almond butter

1/4 cup organic raw cacao

3 Tbsp maple syrup

1 Tsp organic vanilla

1/4 cup ground raw almonds

1/4 cup ground raw cacao nibs, grounds or finely chopped nuts of your choice, hazelnuts, walnuts, shredded coconut. This is for texture and added flavor

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix into a smooth batter. Chill the batter for about 20 minutes.

Roll into bite-size balls or larger if you prefer. Serve as is or roll chopped nuts or whatever you prefer to add texture and taste.
