Let's Celebrate International Yoga Day Together!
I was given the opportunity to extend this invitation to my community!
We attended this event last year and it was really well done.
There were 2 yoga sessions for guests to participate in.
They put together a slideshow, explaining the history of Yoga.
Lunch is offered for everyone!
