Personalized Integrative Wellbeing Sessions (Virtual)

Integrative Wellbeing Sessions are designed to support your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. They are held in a secure, virtual setting using a HIPPA-compliant telemedicine platform. 
 

How these sessions work:

The first step is scheduling an initial consultation. During the consultation we will discuss goals and options for a plan of care. Based on our conversation I will create an Integrative Wellbeing Plan and review it with you. These sessions can be an Integrative approach. They can be a compilation of Ayurveda, Yoga Therapy, Therapeutic movement, breathwork, mantra, education, counseling and mentorship. However, they don’t have to be.  

Some clients prefer counseling while doing gentle movement.

Some clients prefer only therapeutic coaching and counseling.

Integrative Wellness Sessions may include any of the following:

Private Health Coaching

Health Coaching is a unique art.  In this private program, we will work to establish your goals, and we will also come up with a plan to achieve those goals. 

Private Yoga Therapy

The focus is on restoring the physical, mental, and emotional health of a person. It can help with many chronic conditions and stuck emotions. Through educating about the breath, movement, relaxation, lifestyle and meditation, techniques, self-awareness is increased. The client is able to reach a state of physical, emotional and spiritual balance.

Private Spiritual Mentoring

A spiritual mentorship is a unique relationship between mentor and mentee.  A mentorship can happen when a student seeks a teacher, or someone to hold them accountable through a growth process. The mentor acts as an educator, guide, support system, and provides honest feedback. The relationship is not just teaching. It’s an intentional relationship where there’s a level of trust and understanding that growth is the goal. It requires a deep level of commitment and humility.  

My approach is deeply rooted in Eastern Philosophy and integrated with Western science. One can seek mentorship to become more familiar with how to apply these concepts to their personal life.  This leads to a deeper understanding of the self, fosters self-regulation and builds confidence. It also refines communications skills and guides a person into a more authentic way of living.

Private Ayurvedic Health Coaching

Ayurveda is “The science of life.” It is the traditional natural medicine of India, dating back over five thousand years. It is a very comprehensive health care system, which takes into account every aspect of the person and the environment. In The United States, Ayurveda falls under CAM, Complimentary & Alternative Medicine. Ayurveda supports and respects all traditional medical treatments and works along with them.
