Join us for a one day exploration of our Conscious Connection. Unconditional love is the thread that weaves Yoga, Ayurveda and Tantra together. Together we explore how we can bring unity within ourselves during a time when there is so much dispersion and division among humanity.
This retreat has been designed to honor the wholeness that you already are, while fostering conscious connection, spiritual growth, and personal development through Ayurvedic psychology, Tantra and Yogic wisdom. You will walk away with practical wisdom to integrate into your daily life.
Leelah’s depth of wisdom shines light on the nuts and bolts of Ayurveda that people don’t always understand. Leelah will guide an exploration of how the physical body responds to the emotional wellbeing and the synergy between the two, allowing this awareness to merge into every aspect of our daily life.
