Personalized Integrative Wellbeing Sessions
Integrative Wellbeing Sessions are designed to support your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. They are held in a secure, virtual setting using a HIPPA-compliant telemedicine platform.
How these sessions work:
The first step is scheduling an initial 55 minute consultation. During the consultation we will discuss goals and options for a plan of care. Based on our conversation I will create an Integrative Wellbeing Plan and review it with you. These sessions can be an Integrative approach. They can be a compilation of Ayurveda, Yoga Therapy, Therapeutic movement, breathwork, mantra, education, counseling and mentorship. However, they don’t have to be. After your consultation, you can continue with single sessions or purchase a 6-session package. I can help you decide which option would work best for your situation.
Some clients prefer counseling while doing gentle movement.
Some clients prefer only therapeutic coaching and counseling.
