Winter in naturally a time of year for us to go inward. Nature is slowing down and it's natural for us to do the same. It's a time of reflection, and rest. However, our modern day lifestyle, seems to pick up speed during the last few months of the year. This is counter intuitive to what is happening in nature. This can lead us to exhaustion going into the new year.
Holiday pressure can be intense due to tons of obligations. Take some time to reflect on what is truly important and what might be able to come off of the "Obligations list."
