Hi Everyone!!

I'd like to thank everyone that attended our CHATTY-Tea this past Wednesday evening! It was to see everyone and a to have a great conversation!!

These Tea's have been evolving into a really authentic sharing. We need this in order to stay SANE!

I'll be taking all the qualities of WHAT IT MEANS TO BE HUMAN and we will talk about them one at a time. It's been fun!!

Let's get together and CHAT and Tea on Wednesday, January 14th from 7:30-8:30pm est.

We have lots to chat about! We ended the year talking about all qualities needed to be human beings! It has been so enjoyable and fun to come together in this space. Please feel free to invite anyone that you think might be interested.

These Tea's are a lighthearted, educational, thought-provoking, and quality time together.

We talked about all the "spiritual buzz words" that can be confusing or "off putting."

Thank you to all that attended the May 7th CHATT-TY TEA.

We dove into understanding the trilogy of yoga, ayurveda and tantra. The thread that connects them together is LOVE. How do we put this into practice? By being LOVE. In order to bring this out within yourself, there has to be a deep curiosity to understand the depth of human consciousness. This is the root of ALL healing, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

LOVE is the connection that flows through all of humanity.

I received lots of phone calls and positive feedback after the gathering. I decided to continue to offer more on this topic. I also want to talk about preparing our bodies for the summer from the Ayurvedic perspective. Lot's to CHATT about for sure!!!
