Are you a business executive, slammed with directives and protocols day after day…you know what you need to do to take care of yourself… you are fully aware of what your health issues are, but don’t know how to make it happen for yourself, so you just play the ignore game day after day…  You know you are battling anxiety every single day, but you don’t want anyone else to know.  You do everything possible to hide it. You have to put your game face on every day. You have so many people reporting to you, sales goals to hit, a reputation to uphold, there's no way anyone can find out about this!

Do you wake up with your brain going 100 miles per hour...in go mode from the minute your eyes open...sleep is nearly impossible because the brain doesn’t shut off.  As long as you focus you can keep your anxiety under control. It’s all about work 24/7…the minute your thoughts shift you feel the anxiety creep in…can’t deal with it..you can’t have it..you gotta keep it together.

By the end of the day you are fried and the thought of putting on your happy face and smiling for your family and friends is just not appealing.  You need every ounce of brain power for your work..there’s just nothing left for home..so you find yourself staring at the TV, or buried in a book just to regain your sanity and to send that message to everyone to leave you alone.

BUT….deep down inside it bothers you that you don’t have the desire or energy to connect with people that you care about…. You don’t tell anyone this..but you know you need help trying to figure this out.

What if I told you that my program, The Ultimate Guide To Getting Your Sanity Back, can do just this???

What would it take for you to give it a try?

Well, try these 3 tips for that quiet time when you get home…

  1. Instead of zoning out into TV land or escaping into a book, tell your family you need 30 minutes of alone time as soon as you get home.  Create a space that you can retreat to for some alone time.

  2. Now this doesn’t mean you get 30 minutes to play on your phone, answer work emails, or watch a quick episode of something.  This means you have 30 minutes to “Plug in” to yourself.  What the heck does that mean???  I’m gonna tell you.  That means you start by checking in with yourself…what’s up, what do I need right now…Ask yourself, how does my body feel?  How does my mind feel?  What does my body need? What does my mind need? You have to take this seriously.

  3. Now do this…just breathe. I don’t care if you are standing, sitting, laying down…it doesn’t matter as long as you are comfortable and you are in your special space so you can just breathe.  OK…now notice how you are breathing…is it heavy, shallow, forced, choppy?  Don’t change anything, just notice what's happening…  Then stretch your arms up on the inhale and down on the exhale.  Do this 10 times slow.  Put on some relaxing music as you are doing this.   Then pick your knees up into your chest, alternating legs.  Do this every single day for 1 week and stay tuned for more.  You will get your sanity back!!
