Treat yourself to a Wellness retreat in a gorgeous luxury cabin in the Catskill Mountains of Windham, NY!

Come relax, destress, detox and bring your body and mind into harmony with nature. Enjoy yoga practice, daily meditation, vegetarian & non-vegetarian meals, workshops, while taking in beautiful, peaceful scenery!


 The lavender room has a king size bed and sleeps 2 or 3 people. The Turquoise room sleeps 5 people,  and the Zen Den sleeps 2 people. Wi-Fi is available. The Hot Tub is outside the Zen Den and there's plenty of parking on site. Rates are per person.

SAMPLE ITINERARY - The itinerary can be adapted to each group. 

FRIDAY:

5pm: Check in, welcome toast and weekend wind-down yoga class.

7pm: dinner

8:30pm: Evening meditation and Satsang

 

SATURDAY:

7:30am: Morning tea and light bite

8am: Morning meditation

9am: Vinyasa flow class for all levels

10:30am:  breakfast

11:30am: Intro to Ayurveda, the science of balancing the body

1pm:  lunch

2 -5pm: Guests have free time to unwind, go for a hike, get a massage, relax in the jacuzzi or participate in one of the following:

    -3pm: Optional fitness class for all levels (this class will be a fun total body workout and will include cardio and strength training)

    -4pm: Intro to holistic wellness (this includes clinical aromatherapy, natural skin care and a holistic approach to eating healthy)

5pm: Evening yoga class for all levels

7pm:  dinner

8:30pm: Evening meditation and Satsang

 

SUNDAY:

7:30am: Morning tea and light bite

8am: Morning meditation and movement

9am: Vinaysa flow class for all levels

10:30am:  breakfast

12pm: Goodbyes and check out

 

Meals included: 2 dinners, 2 breakfasts, 1 lunch

PRICING:

2 night stay (5pm Fri-12noon Sun, full itinerary above): $400 per person

1 night stay (5pm Fri-5pm Sat, no dinner Saturday): $250 per person

Saturday day rate 9am-5pm (includes Saturday itinerary, no dinner): $150 per person
