Welcome to Lotus Love! A practice of self-care and self-love. ​​This simple self-care practice takes only 5-7 minutes. Pick a time of day that works best for you and try to commit to 5 days per week, if possible. If that doesn't suit your schedule, commit to 3 days per week. I suggest doing this practice once in the morning, soon after waking up, and once at night before bed, at the same time each day, if possible. If that's too much, commit to at least once a day. If you have a hectic day and forget, just pick up where you left off. Ideally, repeat this affirmation 108 times, each time you do it. Why 108? It has a deep significance in many Eastern cultures. it's associated with connecting to the divine energy. Mala beads typically have 108 beads. Mala beads can be used with this practice, but not necessary. If 108 times is too much to think about, try setting a timer and recite it for the length of time you select. Journal your experience, if it feels right. This is a monthly subscription. Each month you will receive 4 affirmations, Recite 1 affirmation each week. The key is consistency! The focus of repeating the same affirmation deepens your self-awareness. At the end of your first month, you have the option to book a 15-minute call with me, to share your reflections and to ask questions.
