The topic of Tantra has come up so many times in our circle. I've danced around... if, when, and how to teach it. I've been asked to teach tantra for a long time, but I didn't want to go there.

Why? Well, it's not a easy thing to teach, and not an easy thing to understand, and tantra is NOT for everyone.

Many people already have pre-conceived ideas about tantra, and they are looking for someone to validate what they believe.

So, I shy away from that.

Having pre-conceived ideas about the topic, is already not aligned with it. Tantra is something that calls you. It's not something to seek.

Our 2026 Healing Holiday retreat was beyond our expectations. Truly, I didn't have any expectations, I knew it was going to be a wonderful adventure, and it did not disappoint.

Every retreat takes on a personality of its own and that's part of the fun. The retreat guests make it come alive!

We shared so many special moments together learning about the treatments, the culture, the local festivals, the art, and so so much more.

Every single person had a transformational experience in their own way. When you give your body, mind and spirit all the right elements, things start to repair themselves in a way that may seem magical to us. It may be hard for us to believe this is possible, but I've seen it many times and have experienced it within myself.
