1 cup of Beets
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
2 tbsp Ghee
1/2 inch Fresh Ginger
1/4 cup mint
2 pinches mineral salt
1/2 cup Water
PREPARATION
1. Chop the beets
2. Add them to a soup pot with the water, ghee and spices excluding mint
and bring to a boil.
3. Boil on low heat until thick
4. Puree the mixture then add fresh mint leaves
5. Cook on low for 10 more minutes. ENJOY!!!!!
