1/2 cup liquid like water or almond milk

1 cup frozen banana slices

1/2 cup frozen fruit

1/3 cup plain low-fat greek yogurt or dairy free yogurt

1 cup greens of your choice

1 Tbsp. flax or Chia seeds


You can tweek the ingredients to match your taste buds but the caluculations work for a delicious and healthy smoothie every time!
