You may already know, that May is Mental Health Awareness Month. An awesome friend, who is a high school teacher, invited me to talk to her students about stress and how relax. We did short virtual session on stress awareness. We talked about what makes us happy, how to breathe, and what we think meditation is. This group was ages 15-17. They were chatting up a storm in the chat box, asking all kinds of questions. It was so great to see their interest! We are all stressed! Teens included! Virtual learning has been really challenging for them! It's been challenging for parents and teachers too!
