WINDHAM RETREAT

Our weekend retreats begin on Friday evening and end on Sunday afternoon.  

Private Group Retreat House.  This incredible house works best for people willing to share space, or for private groups that know each other.

Wellness Weekend Retreat ~ Windham, NY

​The lavender room has a king size bed and sleeps 2 or 3 people.

The Turquoise room sleeps 5 people (bunk beds with trundle, and 1 full size bed), and Rose Room has a queen size bed and sleeps 2 people. Wi-Fi is available. The Hot Tub is outside the Zen Den and there's plenty of parking on site.

Retreat price is per person.

SAMPLE ITINERARY - The itinerary does change and can be adapted to each group.

FRIDAY:5pm: Check in, welcome toast and weekend wind-down yoga class.

7pm: dinner

8:30pm: Evening meditation and Satsang

 

SATURDAY:8am: Morning tea and light bite

8:30am: Morning meditation

9am: Yoga class for all levels

10:30am: breakfast

11:30am: Intro to Ayurveda, "The Science of Life"

1pm: lunch

2 -5pm: Guests have free time to unwind, go for a hike, get a massage, relax in the jacuzzi or participate in one of the following: 3pm: Optional - Guests can join in a 30–45-minute invigorating class to get the body moving

4pm: Optional - Intro to holistic wellness (this includes Intro. to essential oils, and a holistic approach to eating healthy)

5pm: Evening yoga class for all levels

7pm: dinner

8:30pm: Evening meditation and Satsang

 

SUNDAY:8am: Morning tea and light bite

8:30am: Morning meditation and movement

9am: Yoga class for all levels

10:30am: breakfast

12pm: Goodbyes and check out

 

Meals included: 2 dinners, 2 breakfasts, 1 lunch

BYOB 21 and over only. Please be mindful and considerate of others. It's ok to enjoy, but this is not the appropriate setting to over-do it. No drugs permitted.

PRICING:

2-night stay (5pm Fri-12noon Sun, full itinerary above): $580 per person - shared room

1 night stay (5pm Fri-5pm Sat, no dinner Saturday): $295 per person - shared room

Saturday day rate 9am-5pm (includes Saturday itinerary, no dinner): $175 per person 

 

If you are reserving a room just for yourself add $120
