Greens with Pine Nuts & Raisins

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cooking Time: 10 minutes

Yields: 6 servings

1/4 cup of pine nuts

2 TBSP of Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1/2 cup mustard greens, chopped

1/2 bunch kale, chopped

1/2 bunch dandelion greens, chopped

1/2 TSP himalayan sea salt

1/2 cup raisins

Toast pine nuts in oven at 325 degrees for 5 minutes.

Heat olive oil in pot, add greens, salt and raisins.

Stir and cook 5 minutes

Turn off heat, add in pine nuts and place in serving dish.

Add a sprinkle of lemon juice before serving, if you wish.

Try with collard greens, or any other of your favorite greens.

Dandelion is good to keep as a staple for this dish.
